Jan. 29, 2003 Updated my Dragon Warrior I Online Manual with pics from the original manual and cleaned it up a bit.

Also uploaded a JPG version of the manual made from screen caps of a .pdf file. You can find links to the site where I found the .pdf there as well if you like that format.

The JPGs are zipped into one file for easy downloading. Other work continues as well... I've worked the last couple of days on the midi update, the dw4 faq, the dw3 online faq, the dw1~2 gbc dw1 online faq, and even a couple of other things. I'm not dead yet! LOL

Jan. 27, 2003 Dracula's Shadow FAQ, complete!

That's right, it's now a *FAQ* instead of a walkthrough. It's still not as complete as I'd like it to be.... but it's hard to do any better without some feedback from the programmer or somebody else who likewise knows more than I do.

Update coming for the midi shrine. Files are on the HD and await coding the pages and updating the zips. Mostly alternate versions of some dw1-4 tunes already on the shrine and MP3's from the first 4 Dragon Warriors.

I've gotten back to working on a couple of old projects as well. I'm in the process of transforming my old DW4 walkthrough into an actual FAQ with charts, and I'm in the process of putting up a couple of online walkthroughs for text ones that I've already completed.

Jan. 20, 2003 Dracula's Shadow FAQ in Progress... Complete!

Will now get you through the entire game walkthrough style. Link to FAQ in last update. Now in the process of turning it into an actual *FAQ* and not just a disjointed walkthrough/notes file. Started working on the map, here's the first draft
Dracula's Shadow Map

HTK=Hits To Kill... and it means hits to kill based on the Holy Water or Leather whip, and during daylight. That means it will take twice this number at night. You also have to take into account the power of your weapon... Thorn Whip/Dagger=2x Leather whip, so Area 'B' in which monsters take 2 hits to kill will only take one hit from the Dagger or Thorn Whip during the day.

Jan. 17, 2003 Update on the Dracula's Shadow FAQ!

Now gets you the Morning Star, the Silver Knife, Drac's Eye (Camilla Manor), the Magic Key.

I've found the next mansion, as well as the potion ingrediants and receipes for the Water potion and the Death Potion. The Death Potion should open up the next area and likely the next mansion. I've also found the final character, Igor, and the next update should get you him as well ^_^

That's all for now, but more to come! I plan to do an extensive FAQ on this game, not just a walkthrough. I'll also be making maps. Keep your eyes open, 'cause when I'm done, you'll never have to worry about getting stuck in this game ^_^

Jan. 15, 2003 The Midi Shrine is updated again (see link below). Fixed the links page and updated it. Updated my Recommended Reading page and updated the links. Found the next town (Morning Star! Silver Knife! Woo Hoo!) in Dracula's Shadow. The FAQ will hopefully be updating soon! Fixed the weather gizmo to reflect the weather where I live now instead of back home. More to come!

Jan. 13, 2003AGAIN! Guess I was in a coding mood LOL The DQ1~2 (DQ2) Online FAQ is *complete* and online. Whadda ya know? The link is below in the last update, and it's linked from the Gamefaqs page now.

Jan. 13, 2003 Here's a record... especially of late... another update! The Dracula's Shadow FAQ in the last update is in near constant update as I play through it. It's up to the 3rd relic of Dracula right now, and I've found the next mansion so it won't be long before that's four.

I've also updated my DQ12r DQ2 Online FAQ. The first part of the online walkthrough is actually *online* LOL It's still not linked from the gamefaqs page because it's still not complete. Here's the link if you don't want to scroll down to the last update about this.

That's all for the moment... but I seem to be in a coding phase... so who knows? Maybe I'll actually get that 'so long delayed I don't even want to think about it' update done to the Midi Shrine.

Jan. 10, 2003 Started working on a FAQ for a great Castlevania Homebrew Clone Called Dracula's Shadow. It's got a great CV2 Simon's Quest feel to it. I think you'll like it.

Sept. 01, 2002Finished and uploaded my DW1~2 GBC FAQs in text. They haven't been thoroughly error checked yet, so they may still have some bits here and there that don't match the names used in the official Enix translation.

There is also a near complete translation of the SFC version of this game now available. You should be able to find the patch at Zophar's and wherever fine Translations are distributed LOL

I have all the necessary screen caps taken to get the online version of this FAQ up, just need to go through and finish the html coding (already have a couple pages done)

Aug. 24, 2002 Updated my Castlevania I Secrets FAQ some, and uploaded the Online version HERE

I've been running through the game again kneeling, whipping, standing around, and walking into every wall I can find looking for more LOL

July 07, 2002Added a quick link to a page for my animated .gifs since I've been making so many of them lately. Couple of nice Lich Avatars and at least one useful Spam gif. The other Spam gif will only work if your spammer is going by the handle Pac-Man LMAO. Also got Tim the Enchanter in there and I'm sure there will be more.

DQ 1~2 DQ2 Online FAQ

It's not linked from the Gamefaqs page yet because it's a working copy. The actual walkthrough is the only thing not yet complete... figured I'd upload what was done because the Hints and Tips page with it's pics could prove useful to those stuck at DQ2's many sticking points.

Dec. 16, 2001 Did a little updating whilst in the process of reloading my pages. DQ5 FAQ in progress was updated a little, and added a link to my Notes file. This is where I keep track of all the stuff as I play through the game to make the monster charts and such.

Fixed up a few buggered links, edited a few goofs here and there in some of my docs, etc.

Also added a text manual for Suikoden on the Manuals page, mainly so there would be a reason for the PSX in page hyperlink to be there LOL...

Added the Text Version Charts and Hints docs to DQ1~2 Remix Text Versions page. Started snapping the pics for the online version of this FAQ as well.

Darkni's Shrine is going up... the Digital Music Pages and CD Sections are being processed as I re-up the site, so they'll go live soon.... but keep in mind, broken links to actual sound files shalt abound, because I'll upload the pages to test appearances before I upload the actual buttloads of files.

Dec. 09, 2001 Here we go again ::sigh::
Whelp, lost me space AGAIN!!!! Arrrrrrrggggghhh!!! So I'm trying to reload again. Once again, broken and buggered up links shall abound. Banner this time, but only one at the top of each page and no pop ups... so workable until I've gotten things straightened out to have paid space again.

Luckily, the organization I did last time I relaunched should make things easier this time to re-up. Hopefully won't take too long. Working on a DQ5 FAQ and making my way toward the end of DW3GBC to map out the final levels of the second bonus dungeon. But any updates will be purely coincidental. I just don't have the time to truly update this site often. Hopefully I'll at least be able to keep what I've got online and have someplace to put anything new I do complete as time goes on.

I also put links on the Gamefaqs page to a new Castlevania hidden items FAQ and the work in progress on my DQ5 FAQ.

I'm now in the process of restoring and updating Darkni's Shrine to life... and also restoring my Darken page to life... (Most of you have probably never heard of that one.... it's kinda a specialized page targeted at a certain group of buds....)

Things are finally getting done. Hopefully, there will be more to come soon (Like the DW3 Online FAQ)

Jan. 3, 2001 Been a while eh?
Well, I'm in TX.... still haven't updated anything =P
My time has just gone to near zippola of late. Dragonfire went down with virtually no notice, I'm dumping my AOL account, and thus, these pages are moved here. Pardon the frame, small price to pay for basically unlimited space, few file restrictions, and a fairly reliable server.
Now if they'd only get the FTP back up so I don't have to use the slow as dirt web based upload =P
If anything ever gets updated, it'll show up here. But don't hold your breath LOL
Hopefully, by the time anyone sees this, all my files will be up and working properly... all on on *one* server, organized into directories and easier to maintain.
That should help me use what little time I have and actually update maybe, as the multiple server pain in the rear was on of the things that delayed me updating my pages.

Mar. 31, 2000 In the process of some major server maintainence. Moving a buttload of files off my local ISP webspace to my Dragonfire space... so expect goofed up pages and some broken links. Also, the reason for the move is I'm dumping my ISP. The reason for that is two fold. (1) They're a worthless peice of shit server, and have been ever since they were bought out by a company that used to be in the natural gas market.... they should have stuck with it... (2) I'll be moving to TX at the end of April.

I'm also going to get around to fixing all the links to Dustin's Shrine eventually... but for now, here's the link...

Oct. 27, 1999Quick little update. I finally typed up the information I had in my spiral notebook and updated the DW3 FAQ some more. All for now, but hopefully I'll get back in gear and updating now.

Oct. 25, 1999Well, I honestly didn't intend to take this much of a break, but things have been hectic. Between my new messed up work schedule, taking care of my girl and my soon to be born boy ^_^, and other standard life stuff (enjoy your youth now peoples!) I haven't accomplished much lately... ummm... make that I haven't accomplished spit on the webpages. You can also blame Might and Magic VII for some of that =P

I updated a few links, put up a link to my DW3 FAQ work in progress, and generally put up the fact that I'm not dead hehehe... Hopefully I'll get my butt back on track now. Updates on the Midi site as well. Check 'em out if you're DQ community

July 2, 1999 Text version of the DQ1-2 (DQ2 portion) FAQ goes online. The Charts and Tips sections haven't gone online yet, and the full FAQ isn't actually quite complete, but I'm burnt out on DQ/DW2 right now and I think there's enough information to put it online, so here it is. It's one the Gamefaqs page under the DQ1-2 text versions menu. I'll fill in the blanks and question marks eventually and get them online, but for now I need a break!!!!

June 24, 1999 Text versions of my Dragon Warrior II FAQ go online. This is the most complete FAQ I've seen anywhere out there, so give it a looksee on the Gamefaqs Page ^_^

The DQ1-2 Remix (DQ2 part) FAQ is also in production, having been worked on side by side with DW2. Only a few more tidbits of info to gather, some things to double check, and a bit of typing and it'll finally go online.

Also added some new links to the links page.... RPG Classics, Dragon Warrior Part 2, and the Dragon's Den.

June 4, 1999 Online version of the Dragon Warrior II Manual is now online on the Video Game Manuals page. Work proceeds apace on the walkthrough for DQ2 portion of the DQ1-2 Walkthrough. I've finished DW2 (which I was playing side by side with the Remix to refresh my memory) and I'm in Rhone preparing to assault Hargon in DQ2. There'll be some clean-up batting to finish after I beat the game, but it's finally advancing again. Off for now, much to do and not much time to do it in.

May 14, 1999 Uploaded my DW4 Walkthrough. This is an old one I just recently copied out of a notebook, and it's only a walkthrough right now. I'll get around to updating it to the new (much better) format of my FAQs eventually. But for now it's good enough to get you where you're going in the game.

May 5, 1999 A small quick update. Added the Super Castlevania IV Manual to the Video Game Manuals page. I'm slowly filling out the sections so that none of them are blank ^_^

Apr. 30, 1999 My ISP sold out and I'm having to change my e-mail and my web addy for all the stuff I had to store there. Therefore, I had to change almost ALL of the pages I have up on the 'Net. All of my pages stand corrected now, and I'm getting ready to work on Dustin's as I type right now. Hopefully I'll never have to do this again =P

Apr. 18, 1999 Finally got the Dragon Warrior II manual typed up and uploaded. You can view it on the Video Game Manuals page. NES manuals naturally. Hyperlinked version will go up eventually, and the other projects are still rollin'.

Mar. 20, 1999 My local ISP where I store some of the information in the Goblin's Domain is down. That means that nearly all my FAQs are offline for a short while until I can get the ENTIRE directory structure repaired and all my files uploaded again. They lost EVERYTHING!!! ::Grumble Grumble:: This also affects things like my pics and a few other assorted bits, as well as some of the links From Dustin's Shrine.

Patience should find everything back up and running within a couple of days, hopefully by Tue. at the latest.

Feb. 11, 1999DQ12 remix (DQ1) Online FAQ is now up and operational. Hit the Gamefaqs page to check it out. ((Finally!!! ^_^)) Maps haven't been put up or inserted into the document yet, but everything else is up and ready to roll. Maps will hopefully be done quicker than the FAQ itself was =P

Jan. 6, 1999 Added a little time and temperature thing to the front page that links to an excellent online weather site my brother located for me. Thankye Thankye bro! ^_^

Also updated the Recommended Reading page with one new author and several new links to more resources for them.

Also changed the midi on this page. Thank you for finding this for me Robin, and thank you very very much for the card that it was playing behind.

Now back to the grindstone on that DQ1-2 Online FAQ.

Dec. 27, 1998 Goblin's Domain updated to the new appearance I created for Darkni's Shrine. Darkni's has been updated, so check it out. Some of the pages have modified or additional information on them, but nothing new as far as files has been uploaded. DQ1-2 Remix online FAQ is now officially under construction. It should be going up sometime fairly soon. I'm holding off on completing the DQ2 portion of that FAQ until after the new year, as I've been buried in projects.... and other things.....

Aug. 19, 1998 DQ1-2 Remix, Dragon Quest 1 FAQ now online, check the Gamefaqs page to find it. Text version now available, online version with pictures is in the works. Links page updated, Darkni's Shrine has a minor update. Gladiator support in MAME is increasing, download the beta from Dave's Classics (Link on links page) to check out the advancements. Online FAQ for Gladiator also in the works. Recommended Reading page now has a link to a good Raymond E. Feist site.

July 25, 1998 Not really an update, actually. I just added this page, put up a page for Goblin Games (Which doesn't have anything really on it at this point), and put up a couple of new links. The links are RPGStuff and Pastel Midilin, which are links I should have had up for Darkni's Shrine a long time ago.
